Florida Consortium of Clinical Educators
The Florida Consortium of Clinical Educators (FCCE) is an organization dedicated to the development, implementation, and support of quality clinical education for physical therapist and physical therapist assistant students. The partnership between education and practice provides leadership for clinical education programs and clinical faculty development.
Geriatrics
The Geriatrics Special Interest Group (GSIG) provides a means by which physical therapist physical therapist assistants and students having a common interest, may meet, confer, and promote the interests of treating the geriatric population.
Neurology
The Neurological Special Interest Group (NSIG) provides a means by which physical therapist physical therapist assistants and students having a common interest, may meet, confer, and promote the interests of treating the neurologic population.
Orthopedics & Sport
The Orthopedics and Sports Special Interest Group (OSSIG) is a physical therapy interest group of the Florida Physical Therapy Association (FPTA) chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). The OSSIG was developed to provide a means by which FPTA members having a common interest in the study of orthopedics or sports physical therapy may share information.

The FPTA Student Special Interest Group (SSIG) is a group that has been created to benefit Florida PT and PTA students by providing a state-level resource for people to network and develop relationships that will last a lifetime. The SSIG works to promote student membership, participation and leadership of students within the FPTA and to foster communication and collaboration of students between schools.
