Michelle Wilson, PTA

Michelle Wilson is a Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer, and Health Coach with nearly 20 years of experience across outpatient orthopedics, home health, and rehabilitative wellness. She is the founder of M.E. Therapeutics, where she focuses on lifestyle-integrated care for individuals with chronic and complex conditions.

Michelle is also the host of the podcast M.E. Finally Heard, a platform dedicated to amplifying the voices of patients with invisible illnesses and the clinicians who support them.

Living with POTS herself, Michelle brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to her work. She is passionate about helping clinicians bridge the gap between diagnosis and real-life function through compassionate, practical care. Known for her engaging and relatable teaching style, Michelle empowers providers to feel confident, informed, and connected in their practice and to their patients.
