Suggested attire throughout the conference is business casual.

The 2025 Annual Conference will be held at the Caribe Hotel Orlando, located at 8101 World Center Dr, Orlando, FL 32821.

-A limited number of rooms will be available to attendees starting at $179.00 per night plus applicable fees and taxes.

-There will be a charge of $20.00 plus prevailing tax, per suite, per night. The following bundle of services will be included in the resort fee for your convenience.
* In room WiFi standard service, four device package
* Access to state of-the-art fitness center
*Basic wireless internet in meeting space

-Prevailing resort fee rate and inclusions are subject to change without notice.

-Check-in: After 4:00PM

-Check-out: $11:00AM

Hotel self parking is available to all registered self parking guest at $20 per day (plus tax, per night, vehicle).

Non-Registered Hotel Day guest: $35.00 (plus tax, per vehicle)

Valet parking: $40 plus tax (plus tax, per night)

*CANCELLATION POLICY: Early bird registration must be postmarked by 9/04/2025. After this date, you must pay the advance fees. Cancellation re-quests made before 9/05/2025 will be refunded in full minus applicable credit card processing fees. A 20% handling charge will be assessed for cancellations post-marked between September 5th and September 19th, 2025. No refunds for canceled registrations or no shows after 9/19/25. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

-Total available CE credit is 24 if the full conference is attended.

-Continuing education certificates will be emailed to all registered attendees within two weeks following the conference to the email that was used to register for the conference.

-If you are a licensed PT or PTA, FPTA will post your credit to your CE Broker account within two weeks following the conference.

-FPTA requires everyone to sign in using the attendance sheets located near the FPTA registration desk. Failure to sign in daily will be taken as a no show and credit may not be posted in your CE Broker account.

-Students will have a separate sign in sheet located near the FPTA registration desk and will receive a certificate of attendance within two weeks following the conference.

-Registration for individual courses is not required. You are welcome to attend any sessions of your choice upon arrival.
