Suggested attire throughout the conference is business casual.

The 2026 Annual Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, located at 9801 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819.

-A limited number of rooms will be available to attendees starting at $189.00 per night plus applicable fees and taxes. Reservation deadline is 8/27/26.

-The daily hotel fee will be waived and complimentary each night. The following bundle of services will be included in the resort fee for your convenience.

-Check-in: After 4:00PM

-Check-out: 11:00AM

*The cancellation policy is 3-days prior to arrival date to avoid a 1 night penalty fee. All no shows are subject to a 1 night penalty fee.

Hotel self parking is available to all registered hotel guests at $33.75 (25% off standard rate of $45.00) per day (plus tax, per night, vehicle).

Non-Registered Hotel Day guest: $33.75 (25% off standard rate of $45.00) per day (plus tax, per vehicle) This fee is for every time you exit the garage parking area. It is not a daily fee.

Valet parking: $56.00 plus tax (plus tax, per night)

*CANCELLATION POLICY: Early bird registration must be postmarked by 8/21/2026. After this date, you must pay the advance fees. Cancellation re-quests made before 8/21/2026 will be refunded in full minus applicable credit card processing fees. A 20% handling charge will be assessed for cancellations post-marked between August 22nd and September 11th, 2026. No refunds for canceled registrations or no shows after 9/11/26. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

-Total available CE credit is 20 if the full conference is attended including pre-conference.

-Continuing education certificates will be emailed to all registered attendees within two weeks following the conference to the email that was used to register for the conference.

-If you are a Florida- licensed PT or PTA, FPTA will post your credit to your CE Broker account within two weeks following the conference.

-FPTA requires all participants to sign in for each course by scanning the QR codes at the entrance or inside the room. If you do not sign in, you will not receive credit for that course.

-Students will use the same QR codes to sign in to receive a certificate of attendance

-Registration for individual courses is not required. You are welcome to attend any sessions of your choice upon arrival.
