Private Practice Manual

NEW! Private Practice Manual in PDF electronic format is now available to FPTA members @ $21.45, tax and shipping included, (non-FPTA member price is $32.20)  This 60 + page document was produced primarily through the efforts of FPTA member William J. Hanney, PT, DPT, ATC/L, MTC, CSCS. The primary focus of this manual is for practitioners who are starting a new private practice or those considering opening a private practice for the first time.

To order, call the FPTA office at 850/222-1243 and be please provide your name and/or APTA membership ID number when ordering.  Your membership in FPTA must be verified in order for you to receive the FPTA member price.  You must also provide a valid e-mail address in order for you to receive the information necessary to retrieve the document.  

Once the payment has been verified by FPTA, you will receive an e-mail notificaiton/confirmation with a password that will allow you to download the manual.

For an additional $10.70, FPTA can produce a CD-Rom that can be mailed to you.  Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing and mailing of the CD.  E-mail orders can be filled within 24 to 48 hours.
