FPTA – Political Action Committee 5-K Run/Walk– Support our Future!

Your Florida Physical Therapy Association- Political Action Committee (FPT-PAC) is proud to present the "Get Active through Advocacy" Annual 5-K run/walk in conjunction with the 2012 American Physical Therapy Association Annual Conference June 9 at 7:00 a.m. in Tampa, Florida. The event will be held at the Tampa Convention Center and Marriott Waterside Hotel.
Funds raised through this event support FPT-PAC resources dedicated to preparing FPTA members and students for public policy advocacy. Being involved as an advocate for physical therapy takes on many roles. This includes annual membership in PAC, or supporting a program like Get Active through Advocacy Annual 5-K run/walk, where event dollars will play a critical role in future advocacy efforts on behalf of physical therapy in Florida.

Updates from FSBPT Fixed-date testing information for the PT and PTA NPTE

GENERAL INFORMATION
There will be five fixed-date administrations in 2012 for the PT NPTE. For the PTA NPTE, continuous testing will cease after February 29, 2012 and move to fixed dates. There will be three PTA fixed-date administrations in 2012 after February 29, 2012.

In 2013 we plan on four PT test dates and four PTA test dates. We will announce the 2013 schedule in mid-2012. Our plan is to maintain a similar schedule for future years so that programs and their students can plan for those test dates.

In addition to reviewing the information on this page, you should carefully and thoroughly review the Candidate Handbook for all the information you need to know about the exam and exam administration.

Please click on a link below for important information on dates, deadlines and scheduling information for each of the 2012 exam dates.
